How do I Create a Successful Business?

A personal enquiry into the purpose, motivations and intentions for teaching the Alexander Technique. 

An exploration of the journey towards becoming a successful Alexander Technique teacher.

We will share and draw from our own experiences in creating successful businesses. Our journey has been characterised by consistency, commitment and perseverance, as well as the application of key principles of mindfulness teachings: embracing the unknown, trust, non-judgement, acceptance, noticing resistance, letting go, generosity, kindness and gratitude.
